TK-Suite Client

The new TK-Suite Professional release 4.3.0 contains several enhancements. The CTI Client comes with a mouse-over feature now, which improves the overall handling and makes TK-Suite perfect for touch screens as well.

All available functions of a selected favorite are displayed at the lower edge of the icon. This allows you to execute several functions with a single mouse click. No matter if you intend to call a favorite contact, to change the outgoing trunk line or to enable / disable a call diversion.


On top of that the mouse-over feature is very convenient in combination with the unique KNX implementation of AGFEO. Everything from a simple light switch (on / off) to a pre-defined dimmer value or even a venetian blind can be easily controlled via software:











Furthermore a search option for the TK-Suite Call Log was implemented by popular request. A specific entry can be found much quicker now. Name and phone number are supported as search parameters.



Note that the firmware within the LAN-Module 510 must include the latest TK-Suite Server version, in case the LAN-Module is used as CTI-Server within your network. Please update your LAN-Module to firmware 2.338.78 or higher for this purpose.




With the aid of TK-Suite Client you will be able to access the settings of telephone system such as for example the programming of function buttons, call charges and the central phone book. This can simply be done via the already installed Web Browser. Your computer will not require any additional software.



Convenient Dialling Assistance

TK-Suite Client
will support you in your daily task on your computer. With the aid of the client you can dial numbers directly without the need to enter the telephone number on your phone first. If the required number is available, then the handsfree mode of your system phone will be activated, or alternatively the call may be connected to a headset. With a mouse click just select the required number and TK-Suite Client will do the rest.

Display Callers

TK-Suite Client
will inform you of incoming calls via a pop up window which will display the telephone number and name of the caller, if this has been entered in the phone book. Should notes be available for this caller, then these may also be viewed. Of course you will have the opportunity to add new notes to each call, enter a new number for an already existing contact or a generate a new contact.

Call Log if absence and re-dialling

Should you not be at your desk, then this is no problem too. The call log will list all incoming and outgoing calls which can be called by a simple mouse click.

Appointment Reminder

Should the person you are calling not be available, then you will be able to set a reminder at a later time for this call to be resubmitted. TK-Suite Client will automatically remind you at the pre-set time. Of course, you may also book this reminder for another extension user on the system.

Internal synchronisation of contact- and calendar data between client and server
which you may have changed during a business trip. These will automatically be reconciled after re-connection to the TK-Suite database.


“Always on” of TK-Suite Client
for the display of telephone settings and changes such as Do Not Disturb or Call Diversion, these will automatically be displayed in the client
and may also be send from the client to device concerned.

Communication between users
via the function “Chat” you will be able to send short messages to other logged on users of your own - or remote connected systems. This feature is ideal for the switchboard if urgent calls have to be connected to extensions which are currently on the phone. Just send a short message to the required extension which will instantly be displayed on the screen.

TK-Suite Client
with the aid of TK-Suite you will be able to conveniently manage addresses. You may add any number of e-mail contacts, postal addresses or telephone numbers.

Status Monitor and Direct Dialling
using the status monitor selected extensions can be viewed at a glance, even if these are at a remote telephone system. It will automatically display busy and idle extensions. With the aid of the direct dial function you will be able to make a call just by one mouse click. A search within the phone book is therefore obsolete.
